Product Description

Upgrade the sound, appearance and exhaust flow of your MINI R53 Cooper S with the Milltek Sport Cat-Back Exhaust System, designed as a direct replacement for the original exhaust system.

Manufactured from high-quality 304L stainless steel, the system runs from behind the original catalytic converter through to the rear of the vehicle and uses an enlarged 63.5mm (2.5") pipe diameter.

Designed specifically for the MINI R53 Cooper S 2002–2006, the system includes mounting provisions for both pre-facelift and facelift models.

Available in resonated and non-resonated configurations, allowing you to choose the exhaust character to suit your MINI. The resonated system provides a deeper, sportier exhaust note while retaining a more refined road-going character, while the non-resonated version provides a louder and more aggressive sound.
