Shipping policy

Order Fulfilment Timeframes

We aim to pick and pack most in-stock orders within 24 hours of receiving them. However, please allow up to 72 hours (3 working days) for processing and dispatch, especially during busy periods or if your order contains:

  • Pre-order items

  • Made-to-order or custom products (e.g. non-standard paint finishes or bespoke specs)

  • Out-of-stock items

  • Items shipped directly from the supplier

Dispatch times for these exceptions may vary. Extended lead times will usually be shown on the product page, and if any delays arise after placing your order, we’ll contact you promptly to keep you informed.

Order Processing & Dispatch

For items awaiting restock, we aim to dispatch them within 72 hours of arrival from our supplier.

Please note: During peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, dispatch times may occasionally extend. If you have questions about your order, feel free to contact us, we're happy to help.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Most orders are shipped using tracked courier services. In some cases, a signature may be required upon delivery, however, this is not guaranteed for every shipment.

Once the courier confirms delivery, it will be considered accepted unless you report any issues promptly. We aim to use reputable couriers to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. Shipping timeframes may vary based on your location and the courier used.

Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Environmentally Friendly Packaging

Like many businesses, we receive a large amount of packaging material from our suppliers. To reduce waste, we have taken the decision to reuse packaging wherever possible.

This may mean your order arrives in packaging that’s not brand new, such as reused bubble wrap, foam, or shipping boxes. We only reuse materials that we’re confident will fully protect your item during transit.

We believe this small step makes a big difference in reducing unnecessary waste.

Split Shipments

Some items may be dispatched from different locations depending on availability, which means your order could arrive in multiple parcels at different times.

If you would prefer to receive everything in a single delivery, please get in touch before placing your order.
Please note: Combining shipments may incur additional costs, as items would need to be consolidated at one location prior to dispatch.

Shipping Addresses

For security reasons, online and mail-order purchases made by credit or debit card will generally only be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address. 

We reserve the right to refuse any suspect payments and may carry out additional security checks, including but not limited to address verification, bank referrals, date of birth, and occupation checks.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable if you return an item, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Acceptance of Orders

When you place an order with Sussex Parts Hub Ltd, you are making an offer to purchase.
We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. An order is only accepted once we have received and processed full payment and provided written confirmation.

Orders cannot usually be cancelled once accepted. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist, although cancellation is not guaranteed.

Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely deliveries, delays can occasionally occur due to courier backlogs, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If you believe your order is delayed, please contact us - we are always happy to assist with tracking your shipment and providing updates.

If your delivery has been delayed by more than 15 days from the date of dispatch, please reach out to us using one of the contact methods below so that we can investigate promptly with our courier partners.
