Some modifications proposed may exceed the vehicle manufacturer’s original design specifications and intended use, potentially affecting other components or systems of the vehicle. The vehicle owner/keeper assumes full responsibility and liability for these changes. Any additional costs for products or services needed to complete a modification are the responsibility of the customer.
During installation or while performing any work, we cannot be held liable for the failure or malfunction of pre-existing damaged or worn parts that may fail or degrade during or after our services.
While we aim to provide the highest quality parts, some aftermarket items may require modifications to fit perfectly. We ask for your understanding that these parts may not match the original manufacturer’s quality. However, at Sussex Parts Hub Ltd, we are always here to assist with fitting and advice for any parts we supply.
PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.
Prices posted on our online store may be different from prices offered in our physical store or in online or other stores operated by third parties. We may offer, from time to time, promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made at our store. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honoured by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.

OUR PRODUCTS

However, please note that colours or product appearance may differ from how they may appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings and configuration.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted or rendered in our online stores.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.
ORDER PROCESSING, SECURITY & DELIVERY
Online and mail order items purchased using a credit or debit card can normally only be delivered to the cardholder’s billing address. We reserve the right to refuse any suspicious transactions and may carry out additional security checks where necessary, including address verification, bank referrals, and confirmation of details such as date of birth and occupation.
Orders for in-stock items will typically be dispatched within 72 hours of purchase. If items are not in stock at the time of order, dispatch will usually occur within 72 hours of us receiving the goods. Please note that unforeseen delays can occasionally occur. Should your order be delayed beyond this, we encourage you to contact us for an update.
Most items are shipped via a trackable courier service and will require a signature upon delivery. Signing for the delivery will be considered confirmation that the goods have been received in acceptable condition.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Sussex Parts Hub Ltd reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is not confirmed until we have accepted it and payment has been successfully processed. Please ensure that all order details are correct before submitting, as we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once the order has been accepted. If we are unable to accept, need to amend, or must cancel your order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing address, or telephone number provided at the time of ordering.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You confirm that all purchases are for your own personal use in relation to your vehicle(s) and are not intended for commercial resale or export.
UNDERSTANDING AFTERMARKET PART FITMENT & QUALITY
Many of the parts we supply are aftermarket items and not original manufacturer (OEM) parts. While we strive to offer the highest quality products available, it is important to understand that aftermarket parts can vary in both fitment and finish when compared to original manufacturer components.
Aftermarket parts are often handmade or produced using tooling and moulds that may not match the exact specifications of OEM parts. As a result, minor variations in fitment, finish, or overall accuracy can occur. By purchasing aftermarket products, you acknowledge and accept that some tolerance from the original manufacturer’s specification is to be expected. This may require adjustments during fitting, such as trimming, the use of adhesives, or minor modifications to ensure proper installation.
The finish of aftermarket parts may also differ slightly from OEM quality. For example, small imperfections or blemishes may be present due to the manufacturing processes involved. While we work hard to ensure such imperfections are minimal, they can occasionally occur and are generally considered acceptable within aftermarket standards.
It is essential that you inspect all items thoroughly prior to installation. If you believe a product’s imperfections fall outside of reasonable expectations, please contact us immediately before fitting the part. Once installation has begun, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for issues relating to fitment or minor cosmetic blemishes. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check and raise any concerns prior to installation.
We strongly recommend that aftermarket parts are installed by a workshop experienced in fitting aftermarket components. Standard main dealers or fitters unfamiliar with aftermarket parts may refuse to install them, often citing fitment issues which may actually be resolved with minor adjustments.
We are always happy to provide fitting advice and support where possible. However, please note that return shipping costs or original delivery fees will not be refunded for items with minor imperfections or where minor modifications are required. This is a known and accepted part of purchasing aftermarket products and is reflected in our terms and conditions.
Please be aware that tolerances in quality and fitment apply to all aftermarket parts, regardless of the supplier. We choose to be transparent with our customers about this, rather than suggesting a level of perfection that is not always achievable with aftermarket items.
By purchasing aftermarket products from Sussex Parts Hub Ltd, whether online, over the phone, or in-store, you agree to these terms.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
All items supplied are covered by the individual manufacturer’s warranty, which protects against defects arising from the manufacturing process. This warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, accidental damage, or any deterioration resulting from regular vehicle use.
Please note that no warranty is offered or implied on any products that are used for racing, track days, competition, or similar high-stress activities.
We do not provide warranty coverage for any labour or installation costs associated with fitting parts after purchase, particularly when installed by independent third parties.
Unless otherwise agreed in advance, customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning goods to Sussex Parts Hub Ltd or its authorised agents for refund, credit, or exchange, regardless of the reason.
