Product Description

Maintain the correct assembly of your MINI's front suspension with this brand new Genuine BMW MINI front shock absorber top washer and dust protection collar kit, suitable for selected Generation 1 and Generation 2 MINI models.

This 2-piece genuine OEM kit includes the front shock strut top washer and dust protection collar, both designed to work with the original front suspension strut assembly.

The top washer forms part of the upper shock absorber mounting arrangement, helping ensure the correct positioning of the associated suspension components. The dust protection collar helps protect the relevant area of the strut assembly from dirt and debris.

Over time, original suspension components can become worn, corroded or damaged, particularly on older vehicles or during the removal and replacement of shock absorbers, springs and top mounts.

Manufactured to BMW MINI's original factory specifications, these components provide a direct OEM replacement when fitted to compatible vehicles.

This kit is ideal for front shock absorber replacement, suspension servicing, top mount repairs or a complete suspension refurbishment.

Suitable for either the left-hand or right-hand front suspension strut.

Important for Generation 1 MINI owners: This kit is intended for vehicles fitted with the later-type upper spring plate arrangement, which uses the larger upper spring mounting rubber introduced from March 2002.
